Roadmap

Development Phases

Building Sovereign Cultural Infrastructure

Nonterritorial is being built in four distinct phases, each with clear objectives and measurable success criteria. The architecture is designed for self-sustainability—the network generates sufficient revenue to fund its own growth by Month 18.

The Foundation's role diminishes systematically. By Year 10, the network operates with full autonomy—no single entity holds special powers.

Why Sovereign Infrastructure

We chose to build a sovereign Cosmos chain rather than deploy on existing infrastructure because:

Architectural Alignment Anti-speculation is consensus-level, not contract-level. The chain itself is designed for circulation.

Cultural Governance Protocol decisions serve cultural values, not generic platform priorities.

Long-term Independence No upstream dependencies. The infrastructure's permanence depends only on community commitment.

Ecosystem Foundation Through IBC, Nonterritorial becomes the first node in an interconnected network of cultural infrastructures.

Partnership Opportunities

Nonterritorial is currently in its Foundation phase, seeking aligned partners—investors, institutions, validators, and collaborators who share our vision for permanent cultural infrastructure.
