Your share: €12,000/year
Growth Scenario (Year 4-5)
Single exhibition in network:
20 licenses per year × €3,500 average = €70,000 total

Comparing Income Models
Traditional Gallery
You sell a work for €10,000
Gallery takes 50% = €5,000
You receive €5,000 (once)
Work goes to private collection, rarely seen again
NFT Platform
You mint and sell for €10,000
Platform takes 2.5% = €250
You receive €9,750 (once)
Resales: 5-10% royalty IF it resells (often doesn't)
Speculative value, no guaranteed ongoing income
Nonterritorial
Exhibition generates €30,000 in licenses over 3 years
You receive 40% = €12,000 (ongoing)
Work circulates globally, seen by thousands
Income continues as long as exhibition is licensed
No speculation, real sustainable revenue
The Commissioning Fund
10% of all license fees go to the Commissioning Fund, which finances new exhibitions.
Why This Matters for You:
The network produces its own content
More exhibitions = more hosts = more licensing = more income for everyone
You may receive commissioning grants for new work
Self-sustaining cultural production, no dependency on external funding
Fund Growth Projections:
Year 1
€750,000
€75,000
